The total number of boxes landed during the week was 8,626 from 19 vessels, of which 4,925 were consigned from 9 vessels of which 765 boxes were from one Faroese boat. There were 3,710 boxes through the market from 10 vessels.

 

The following vessels also berthed during the week:

 

01/03/2016         The “Lomur” arrived in Port from Torshavn to unload fish cargo.

02/03/2016         The “Vadero Highlander” arrived in Port from Immingham to discharge oil to the Oil Depot.

03/03/2016         The “Scott Carrier” arrived in Port from Inverness to load log cargo.

 

The ferry “Isle of Lewis” has been covering the Scrabster to Stromness run while the Hamnavoe is in dry-dock.
